Maximize YOUR movement efficiency to optimize strength & power for Golf!

The DEPTH Training Golf Off-Season program will provide you with a movement specific program to help you address specific mechanical inefficiencies limiting your golf swing, while building fundamental strength and power to maximize performance. Our program uses a combination of traditional athletic training methods with cutting edge, golf specific exercises to make sure your training results are evident in your golf game.

All of our Golf Specific Programs are focused on the specific needs of golfers while addressing;

  • Posture
  • Joint Mobility and Range of Motion (Emphasis on hips, shoulders and torso)
  • Flexibility
  • Core Strength & Power
  • Hip Strength & Power
  • Strength & Power Endurance
  • Club Head Speed

The Program Options

1. Monthly Group Training

  • Train 3x / week with groups of 5-12 participants.
  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
  • 8am to 9pm and 5pm to 6pm.
  • 1 hour sessions. Program is semi-individualized.
  • $240 per month.

2. Small Group Training

  • Train in a private group with a 4 to 1 client to trainer ratio. Great for friends and family!
  • Sessions are booked around your schedule and are tailored to the individual needs of each person.
  • Semi individualized program.
  • Price ranges from $30 to $50 per session.

3. Personal Training

  • Train one on one with your trainer. Get the benefit of having all of the attention on you.
  • Complete movement, body composition and strength assessments will be taken.
  • Results Tracking and Monitoring.
  • Flexible scheduling.
  • 20 sessions = $1400 10 sessions = $800 1-9 sessions = $90/ hour
