At Whistle Bear, our culinary team brings together tradition and creativity to craft a dining experience that lingers in memory. Guided by Pearle Hospitality’s farm-to-table approach, each menu highlights the best of Ontario’s seasonal ingredients and thoughtful preparation. Guests enjoy à la carte entrées served tableside, while couples can explore a complimentary menu tasting to personalize their wedding menu and bring their vision to life.
Garden Chapel.
This charming open-aired chapel features manicured gardens encasing your aisle entrance while the natural landscape of Whistle Bear’s golf course provides the perfect backdrop. A retractable peaked roof provides complete protection from the weather.
The Forestview Room & Terrace.
A truly grand space, the Forestview Room, with its 20-foot ceilings and exposed hand-carved pine beams, lends its splendour best to a wedding reception. Casement windows and a private terrace offer breathtaking views overlooking the golf course and a vista that includes the nearby forest and beautiful sunsets.

Grandview Room & Gardens.
This romantic and inviting room features a stunning 20-foot mirrored vaulted ceiling with intricate wood-carved details and beautiful crystal chandeliers. While windows on two sides bring natural light into the room, a striking fireplace draws you in and creates a stylish focal point and backdrop. Adding an al fresco touch is the room’s private outdoor garden.

The Rose Room & Terrace.
With surrounding windows, this room captures Whistle Bear’s natural landscape, while the elegant 20-foot ceiling with exposed hand-carved beams and beautiful crystal chandeliers add a romantic touch. A private outdoor terrace, overlooking the golf course, is the perfect place for pre and post dinner cocktails.

The Woodland Room.
Modern sophistication and contemporary furnishings provide a stunning backdrop for hosting any intimate gathering. While windows on three sides of the room provide an airy ambiance, the feature fireplace adds luxury and comfort no matter the time of year. Complete with a custom bar and luxurious lounge furniture it is the perfect space for any event.

Do you offer outdoor weddings?

While our main reception spaces are inside, each inspired room has access to private outdoor space for cocktails and connecting in warmer months, and potential for cozy fire pits on cooler days.
Can we host both our ceremony and reception at Whistle Bear?
Yes, couples can exchange vows on-site and then carry the celebration into one of our stunning reception rooms, complete with private terraces, scenic views and spaces that can feel intimate or grand.
What spaces are available for my wedding ceremony and reception?
We offer a beautiful open-air Garden Chapel with manicured gardens and views of the golf course, as well as four versatile indoor ceremony and reception spaces with soaring ceilings, natural light, and elegant interiors.

What is included in a Whistle Bear wedding?
All packages include the use of our beautiful event space, chairs, custom wood harvest tables, all plate and flatware, all staff, and a lead event coordinator to guide you on your day.
Where can I take pictures on my wedding day?
Our passionate team will ensure that you have the opportunity for photographs throughout our property. Take a golf cart to explore our unique forested areas, acres of greenspace and rolling hills, our signature waterfall, and so much more.
How far is Whistle Bear from overnight accommodations?
Conveniently located minutes from the 401 (one hour West of Toronto, and one hour East of London) we are mere minutes away from popular hotels. Our special events consultants will help to introduce you to our preferred vendors who offer exclusive rates for Whistle Bear couples.
